About the Platform:
The Fashion Law IP Blog is a legal media and research platform dedicated to raising awareness about the legal dimensions that influence both the glamorous and traditional aspects of the fashion industry. It focuses on safeguarding the unique creations of designers, preserving traditional crafts, and promoting fair practices within the industry. The platform delves into the intersection of fashion with intellectual property and other legal domains, including contract law, employment law, environmental law, consumer protection, labour law and supply chain management.

Submission Guidelines:
- Co-authorship is permitted for up to two (2) authors.
- Any form of plagiarism will result in disqualification from publication.
- The use of AI is strictly prohibited. However, if AI is used for paraphrasing, the AI-generated content must not exceed 15% of the total work.
- Submissions with novel analysis of contemporary legal developments are encouraged.
- Submissions should avoid offensive, abusive, derogatory, or potentially defamatory content.
- Submissions must range between 1,200 and 1,500 words.
Formatting:
- Title: Garamond, size 14, Small Caps, underlined, bold.
- Headings 2 & 3: Garamond, size 12, Small Caps, bold.
- Body Text: Garamond, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing, justified.
- Incorporate hyperlinks for all references wherever possible. If hyperlinks cannot be added, include a separate References or Endnotes section at the end of the article in Times New Roman, font size 10, single spacing.
- Submissions must be in Microsoft Word format (‘.doc’ or ‘.docx’).
- Name the document as “author’s name_FL Blog”.
Submission Procedure:
- All submissions must be emailed to fashionlawipblog@gmail.com. Submissions through other channels will not be considered.
- Mention your current college/university name and academic year in the mail.
- The review process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
